Wellport: Officially the Best Residential Complex in Serbian market

There are many arguments that the first condominium in New Belgrade is unique in this market, which is primarily evident in a number of satisfied residents and the great interest of future buyers. Yet, there is another major recognition now.  

At this year’s CIJ Awards Serbia 2020, the award for the Best Standard Residential Development in the Serbian market went to residential complex Wellport, developed by Israeli investor Shikun & Binui Group, as their third condominium in Serbian market. 

This is a prestigious award, given by prominent CEE magazine CIJ, for the fifth year now in Serbia, to the most successful real estate market participants – consultants, investors, representatives of some of the largest commercial and residential real estate projects, as well as facility and property management companies. 

The nominations have this time been awarded in 17 categories, while the best have been selected through online voting and the independent jury of the contestant companies.
