The first New Belgrade condominium coming soon: WELLPORT
The official ceremony marking the beginning of construction of the very first condominium in New Belgrade, bearing the name Wellport, was held in the premises of the Yugoslav Film Archive. The ceremony was attended by the Ambassador of the State of Israel to the Republic of Serbia H.E. Madam Alona Fisher-Kamm.
This project, which aims to fulfill all the needs of modern families today by providing a number of family-friendly amenities, is developed by the esteemed Israeli company Shikun & Binui Group, known to the local public for its condominiums Central Garden and Duke’s Gates. More than 400 guests from the world of business, culture and the media had the opportunity to get acquainted with this project worth 130 million Euros.
Wellport residential complex, designed by the world famous Israeli architect Rami Wimmer, will consist of 500 state-of-the-art residential units, ranging from studios to 4-bedroom apartments. The complex will be constructed in four phases. It is designed in a way to provide future residents with premium quality that relies on natural materials, as well as carefully selected finishes and furnishings that go hand in hand with the most modern technologies and energy efficiency principles.
Private parking, a sport courts, professional maintenance, closed park, reception and security personel, as well as key card access, are just some of the amenities that the very first New Belgrade condominium will offer to its future residents.
Mr. Gili Dekel, a partner-investor of the project, stated: “It is our great pleasure to present the new residential complex Wellport, another successful project by the Israeli company Shikun & Binui Group. As a symbolic gesture, Mr. Gili Dekel presented a ship’s rudder to Mr. Guy Dvorin, the Chief Executive Officer of Shikun & Binui Group’s European subsidiary, and ask him to “successfully guide the project to its final safe harbor.“
