“Experience Belgrade” – an exhibition about the projects that are changing the cityscape of the Serbian capital – was organized during the month of October in front of the Raji\u0107eva Shopping Center in Knez Mihailova Street.<\/span><\/p>\n

On the displayed photographs, passersby could see how the very first New Belgrade condominium – Wellport, will look like. This condominium is the third project in Serbia by the renowned Israeli company Shikun & Binui Group, which already built two condominiums – Central Garden in downtown Belgrade and The Duke’s Gates in the municipality of Vo\u017edovac<\/span><\/p>\n

Wellport will be constructed alongside the largest business park – Airport City Belgrade. This location already features a sales office with a model apartment.<\/span><\/p>\n
