Members of the CFO Association of Serbia (CFOAS) visited the sales house and the sample apartment of the first condominium in New Belgrade \u2013 Wellport \u2013 which is located in Tadija Sondermajer Street, right next to the business park \u2013 Airport City Belgrade.<\/span><\/p>\n

The guests had an exclusive opportunity to learn which amenities will be available to the future residents of Wellport. Moreover, a wide range of top quality finishing works along with additional amenities of a modern residential complex were presented to them.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cPace of modern everyday life is faster than ever, and the need for a home offering absolute privacy of a private park, tucked away from the pulse of the central business district, is a natural step in the development of New Belgrade. Wellport is an excellent investment opportunity due to vicinity of office complexes, but also of schools, faculties, the two largest shopping malls in Serbia, cycling track along the riverbank, etc.,\u201d Mina Kalezi\u0107, Sales & Marketing Director of Serbia\u2019s leading real estate consultancy CBS International, member of Cushman & Wakefield Group, said to the members of the CFOAS at the presentation of Wellport project.<\/span><\/p>\n

Wellport will be built by a renowned international company Shikun & Binui Group. The investment is worth EUR 130 million, and 500 modern residential units will be offered in the market \u2013 from studios to four-bedroom apartments, to be built in four phases. In the first phase, which will begin in September, 95 apartments will be built, and the total gross area of the complex amounts to 50,000 sq m.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cThe number of customers deciding to invest in real estate already in the first stage of construction is growing, because it is the best way to obtain an apartment under more favorable conditions. At the same time, buyers have an opportunity to modify the interior to suit their needs. In addition, many people opt to buy an apartment under construction because that grants them a five-year warranty on the quality of all finishing works,\u201d Mina Kalezi\u0107 explained.<\/span><\/p>\n

Wellport residential complex, designed by internationally recognized Israeli architect Rami Wimmer, will provide its residents with premium construction quality and a variety of amenities such as: private park, central 24\/7 reception, security, video surveillance, professional maintenance, garage, card access.<\/span><\/p>\n

Members of the CFO Association of Serbia expressed great interest in Wellport project and were able to see for themselves why the first condominium in New Belgrade is \u2013 the port of good life. <\/span><\/p>\n
